✅What’s Included

Site Assessment & Planning – Detailed evaluation of your rooftop structure, shadow analysis, and system layout planning.
Professional Installation – Mounting of solar panels, inverters, and necessary wiring by trained technicians.
Standard Electrical Connections – Integration of the solar system with your existing power line and distribution board.
Basic Safety Testing – Electrical checks and system trial run to ensure proper functioning.
Standard Warranty Handover – All OEM warranties for panels, inverters, and other supplied equipment.

❌ What’s Not Included in package

Civil Modifications – Structural alterations, rooftop repairs, or additional civil work not related to solar installation.
Material Costs Beyond Scope – Any extra material required beyond the quoted system package (e.g., additional wiring, conduits, earthing kits, etc.).
Government Fees & Permissions – Charges for DISCOM, state nodal agency, or other statutory approvals are to be borne by the customer.
Non-Standard Electrical Upgrades – Any major rewiring, load enhancements, or distribution board modifications outside of standard connection.
Future Maintenance & Cleaning – Routine cleaning or preventive maintenance post-installation (available separately under AMC plans).
Net Meter Installation Support – Guidance and coordination with the electricity board for net-metering process (documents, application, and setup assistance).
Anything that is not mentioned in inclusions is charged extra at actual

Solar County provides solar system installation services strictly as per the inclusions mentioned above. Any requirement not covered under “What’s Included” will be treated as an additional service and charged separately at actual cost.
Prices are exclusive of government fees, statutory permissions, utility company (DISCOM) charges, and any civil or structural modification work. These are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Solar County will assist in documentation and guidance for net metering, but the approval, timelines, and final execution rest with the respective electricity board or authority.
Standard product warranties are provided directly by the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). Solar County is not liable for warranty claims or replacement timelines beyond installation scope.
The customer must ensure that their rooftop and electrical infrastructure are in safe and usable condition before installation. Any upgrades, repairs, or modifications required will be communicated prior to commencement and billed separately.
Solar County shall not be responsible for delays caused due to external approvals, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
